Shefter tweeted earlier this morning that Heir Goodell is expected to fine Woodley 25K for cutting the check too hard.

Cutting too hard has never been fine worthy...just tackling too hard. Remember the rules are all about opening up the game on offense...oh...and I forgot...protecting the players.
