Another game, another opponent making the necessary adjustments and us not.
I was thinking this morning that the Steelers should just script two one-half game plans every game. Even if the first half goes perfectly well, implement the "second-half script." You know the other team is going to figure out how to stop the offense or kill the defense - it's just a matter of time. You also know that Tomlin, et al won't/can't adjust to opponents' adjustments.
On another note, I thought Ben looked good on third down most of the night, but looked pedestrian the rest of the game (especially on what should have been an easy TD throw to Miller). Also, was it me or did the Steelers/Ben look pretty nonchalant on that last drive, given they were down by two scores and there was less than two minutes to play?
