This is a long lost, recently restored early 70's classic from the guy who would later bring you North Dallas Forty, Rambo: First Blood, and (!!) Weekend at Bernie's.  It is completely fucking awesome, and should not be missed for any reason.  The director spoke at the premiere of the re-release last night and said it's opening in 30 cities across the U.S., so look it up and check it out.

Basically it's the story of a dude who loses it in the australian outback.  Donald Pleasance plays a deranged alcoholic doctor.  'Nuff said.
