I went before the tribunal last Thursday, and successfully defended my doctoral dissertation. Committee signed off on it with no revisions.

So yes, I an now the Reverend Doctor Preacherman. Why post this in the football sections?

I actually played "Renegade" in the car before going into the defense. Mrs. Preach was laughing hysterically...which was quite relaxing before the event.

Congrats Preach.  I remember the day of my defense.  I spent the whole morning shadowboxing in the mirror.  Tonight you will sleep well; tomorrow you'll be sore as hell.

After all these years, it still does not get me pumped.  It just reminds me how sad some of my musical predilections in the 70s were.

But, good for you, Preach.  Now maybe you can answer a question that's long been on my mind.  After I run, I get this pain in my foot sometimes...  Wait, what?  Well then what the hell good is being a doctor?
