Glad you had a good time SCacalaki, that sounds pretty cool. And like lots of running ...

There were a fair number of injuries. Mostly rolled ankles or pulled muscles but one guy did tear his Achilles

Sounds awesome. Just curious what the age range of participants was, their basic fitness level, and how much football knowledge they had coming in (playing).
Been to Sharkey's when we went out to camp.
Sounds like if I did FFC I'd need to take my own food, LOL! Grass-fed beef and a portable grill...

Ages 23-65+
Various levels of fitness. Some guys were in shape and others were excited about the all-you-can-eat prime rib dinner Saturday night.
Many levels of experience and knowledge. On guy had a Combine jersey on...did not ask him about it though.
I plan to go next year.

Sounds really cool to get to pick the brains (hell, just to meet) some of these guys, and to really understand the fine points of e.g. how DL use hands.
I've decided to run 13.1 before I turn 50... maybe I should add this to the list! By then, maybe I'll actually be in shape! I can't throw a ball for shit, but I can run into people.

That's awesome scac. Thanks for the report.
KVO must be a little slow if he just learned "wax on, wax off" right before retirement.
