But Ben's finger hurts.  Then again, that's what you get when it's so far up your ass you can tickle your own duodenum.

If you think about it, humans are like doughnuts, topologically speaking: the entire GI tract is an outside surface of the body.  So the duodenum is part of our exterior, just like the stomach.  Food passes through the tube of our GI, trying to get in, is assailed with enzymes and acids and the bazillion bacteria that make up the gut flora, before popping out the other end as doodie.  It's sort of like spelunkers going into a cavern and coming out as yetis or something.

So if a doughnut had a head that it could stick into its own hole, that would be Ben sometimes.  Sometimes Ben examines the minor radius of his toroidal physiology during a game, holding the ball like it's a loaf of bread, or just daydreamin' while the pocket's obviously collapsing.   Maybe he's thinking about sticking his head into a doughnut and taking a bite, a nice chocolate cake doughnut, until he realizes it's his own duodenum and, Oh shit, I just got sacked, der de derrr de derrrrrr...

Gonna open a Krispy Kreme franchise and create a new doughnut -- Double Dutch Chocolate Duodenum Glaze.  Hot and fresh, right outta the dutch oven.

Will make brazillions.
