It's clear that one must have a quality QB to win in this league.  But he needs something around him, too.  So yeah, I pull the trigger if the return is high enough.  Two 1sts and this year's 3rd is a nice start.  

It's been said before, the team probably won't be good again before Ben is done.  They've fallen too far for a quick fix.  It's not time to reload, not only is the ammo spent - the gun is busted.

Thing is, I'm not so sure I want Colbert as the architect.  He's a large part of the reason they're in this mess.
