Yeah, but in that play, Miami recovered the ball after Lett touched it.

Yeah, so couldn't Green Bay recover this ball? It wasn't a dead ball until it went out of bounds.

What's important is that they overcame and kept plugging away.  That says something for the squad, I suppose.

In the end, it'll just be another, "sorry, our bad..." letter from the league that they'll file away somewhere.

I still can't believe the punter pass. He had so little sense of urgency I thought it may just be a fuck up. I guess he was going through his progressions, as all great passers do.

And Ike, that worthless POS, drops another easy pick.

The ball is dead once it's blocked, you fucking retards.

Yeah, but the Steelers touched the ball after the block.
Leon Lett.

Yeah but Green Bay didn't recover.  If they are claiming Pittsburgh never had possession, it shouldn't matter, since in the normal course of a game a missed FG is a dead ball.  If Pittsburgh had possession, then the penalty is after the possession, and then its Steelers ball half the distance to the goal.

I just think it doesn't make sense logically.  I haven't read the rulebook, but if that's the way the rule is written (I guarantee it's not, and we get an apology sometime this week) the rule needs changes.

After the block, once Pittsburgh tries to recover and advance it, Green Bay could try to get it back, but I don't think a penalty after the change of possession (blocked FG) could give it to them.

+1.

McBriar looked more comfortable making that pass than Cutler looked at any point last night against the Iggles.

Ballsy call.  Well executed.

LC was at this game with Scooter, I think.

If Steelers get the #6 spot next week, I think there will be tits on the board.

Be interesting to see how the girls have held up over time.

Her brother. Years ago, he wiped out on the manliest of 2-wheeled vehicles. He used to post a little.
