Dude ran 26.1 in under 4h.  Good to see he's lost weight and keeping fit.  Also skinny:  Chris Hoke, Jeff Hartings.

Maybe it is the sun but Wolf looks like he's aged a lot since I saw him in-person two years ago

I am good. Hope you are doing well these days

My note was me simply thinking out loud.  Saw Wolf at the Men's Steelers Fantasy Camp in 2012...he looked very different in the photo above versus what I remember.  I think most of these guys slim down significantly once out of the league, which is good for them but I do wonder the long term effects of playing years at a much higher weight.  KVO was at the 2012 camp and he walks with a limp.  Although he played in a different era, Ilkin is pretty thin

No doubt in my mind its in their best interest too cut weight...I think these guys are realizing it these days (hence my bad joke about Wolf).  I dont think it was as big of a problem before playing above 3 bills was the norm.  Its crazy to think how any of the "guys in the trenches" can play at that weight, with a high level of mobility.basically being in a car wreck play after play. *I read an IOL making contact off the snap was equivalent too being in a 20 mph car wreck.  That happens every O snap.

Health HAS to be priority #1 fot those guys post retirement.
